Yes, there are no restrictions on creating a separate account. However, please bear in mind that it won't be possible to link the points or miles from your loyalty program with your Dezerved account if you do choose this option. Instead, you'll have to opt for a subscription package.
If you're a member of one of our loyalty program partners, then a Dezerved membership is free. If you're creating a profile with your personal credentials then you should select the subscription package. The options and prices of the subscription packages can be found here after signup.

Not necessarily! You can create an independent profile, whether or not you're a loyalty program member. Please sign up here and choose your subscription package.
You will have to check with your loyalty program, and if possible, acquire the necessary points or miles with them before making your purchase on Dezerved.
If you have a Dezerved account independently of your loyalty program, you'll only be able to use the credits issued by Dezerved based on your selected subscription package.
You are entering into a legal agreement with the partner referenced in the "Partner details" tab of each offer or product description. All questions relating to legal relationships between the parties involved are described in our Terms and Conditions.

All Dezerved offers are available for a limited time, and in limited quantities only, which means that they're subject to frequent change. That's why it's worth checking our pages regularly to see what new deals we have in store! To ensure that you don't miss out on any great offers, please subscribe to our newsletter by choosing your preferences.
There are three basic rules to follow:
- You should be at least 18 years old.
- You must be a resident of the country where the prize draws are available.
- You should have available points or miles in your loyalty program, or credits in your Dezerved account.

Dezerved offers are available for our registered members exclusively. There are two ways you can create an account with Dezerved:
- By using your loyalty program credentials;
- By entering your email account.
From there, you will be directed to create your Dezerved profile.

Please follow all of the steps referenced in the "Offer description" tab and in the voucher or coupon file. Kindly check the expiration date before redeeming. In case you're still not able to use the voucher or coupon, please contact us and we'll do our best to resolve this issue.
Shipment
Due to the variety of offers, shipping policies and terms may differ.
You can check the specific policies under the "Partner details" tab for each respective offer.
Products will be shipped by our partners directly according to their own shipping fees and methods.
All fees are included in the price of the offer and the price payable at checkout is final. However please bear in mind that additional fees may apply when returning or replacing a product.
If you want to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us. We'll do our best to help, but please note that our partners work fast to get your order to you quickly and therefore it may not always be possible to change a shipping address before your order is shipped.
Yes, you can. In this case, be sure to place separate orders to the relevant delivery addresses in order to avoid any mix ups!
No, partners only deliver via regular shipping.
No. We don't offer international delivery.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your shipment details. A tracking link will also be available via the Orders section of your Dezerved account. If there's any issue with delivery, please don't hesitate to contact the courier directly to ensure the order is delivered safely and swiftly.
Delivery
You can find the expected delivery times for your products under the "Partner details" tab on the products' description page. Also in the order confirmation email which will be sent to you on completion of the order.
Please contact us and we'll confirm the status of shipment for your product and take steps to resolve the issue.
The following reasons for non-delivery may apply:
- The address provided is incorrect.
- After multiple attempts, nobody was available to accept the delivery.
- The order was lost or damaged while in transit.
All undelivered orders are returned to the partner who sent them, who will then proceed to issue a refund or reship the order, depending on your preference.
If a refund is processed, we ask you to re-order the product(s) if they are still available and you still wish to purchase them.
Please follow the instructions provided by partners in the "Offer description" tab, and in your delivery documentation. If the issue is still unresolved, contact us within 24 hours of accepting the package, attaching evidence (photographs) of the issue.
Please wait until the end of the day in the first instance. In some rare cases, the delivery company might accidentally scan your order as delivered while it's still in transit. Also, double-check with your family and neighbors in case they've signed for the parcel in your absence. If you still haven't received your order, please contact us so that we can assist you with the issue. Please note that any non-delivery claims received later than 3 months from the order date will no longer be processed.
Please contact the partner's chosen delivery company to arrange a new delivery time. You can find the name of the delivery company under order tracking details in the Orders section of your Dezerved account.
In most cases, the delivery company will also send you automated notifications about the expected delivery time and you'll be able to adjust it accordingly on the courier's website.
In other cases, please contact us so that we can assist you with this issue.
You can access your vouchers and coupons via the Orders section of your Dezerved account. If you still don't see them or have trouble downloading them, please contact us.

Placing an order
Sometimes, there can be issues with different payment cards. Please contact your payment card issuer to check your card's validity.
The issue can also be related to your loyalty program's points, miles or Dezerved's credit balance. If you do have enough points, miles or credits, but cannot place the order, please contact us so we can offer further assistance.
Partners ship all material products ASAP, which means that we aren't always able to make any changes to an order once it's been placed. However, do contact us and we'll do our best to help you.
Please be advised that digital vouchers, coupons and prize tickets cannot be canceled or returned once they've been purchased or ordered. Nor are they replaceable if lost, stolen, destroyed or expired.
Order status
You'll receive an order confirmation email as soon as you've placed your order. If it's not there then please check your spam/junk email folder. If you still haven't received confirmation, please contact us so that we can assist you with this matter.
Please go to the Orders section of your Dezerved account.
Don't worry! Sometimes it can take up to seven business days for the money, points, miles or credits to be reimbursed to you. If this time has passed, and you still haven't received your points, miles or credits and money, please contact us so that we can assist you with this matter.
Cancellation
Generally, orders cannot be canceled once they've been placed with Dezerved. However, please note that different partners and offers have their own specific return policies, and terms & conditions so it's always worth referring back to these, just in case.
Order cancellations are very rare, but these are the main reasons for them:
- The product is out of stock.
- The address you provided is incomplete and we could not reach you to update it.
If the order cancellation was initiated by us, you will be fully refunded and the points, miles or credits and money will show up in your account within seven business days of the original cancellation date.
Returns
With most products, you can request returns on Dezerved within a certain time period clearly defined inside the "Partner details" tab. However, some items are explicitly identified as not returnable, so make sure to double check.
Please be advised that vouchers, coupons and prize tickets cannot be canceled or returned once they've been purchased or ordered and are not replaceable if lost, stolen, destroyed or expired.
Where required by law, partners will provide a clear time-frame, starting from the day on which you receive your order. During this period, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase by contacting us and returning the unused and undamaged products in their original packaging within 14 days to the partner's address. Products returned thereafter are no longer eligible for refund or exchange, nor can points, miles or credits be refunded, unless specified otherwise.
There may be no withdrawal period for perishable or customized products, or for digital vouchers, coupons and prize tickets – please refer to the "Partner details" tab on Dezerved for more details.

- If so, you can request a return by contacting us.
- The partner will then start processing your return.
Once the request is processed, they will issue a refund back into your account in the form of points, miles or credits and money.

As soon as your return is safely received by the partner, they will initiate the refund process and you will receive a notification.
Please check the status of the return using the tracking number provided by the partner's courier. If the item has been successfully returned and you haven't received an email regarding the refund, please contact us so we can assist you.
Please be advised that vouchers, coupons and prize tickets cannot be canceled or returned once they've been purchased or ordered and are not replaceable if lost, stolen, destroyed or have reached their expiry date.
Replacements
Orders that are within the return window and in stock with the same partner are eligible for replacement. The replacement order will be shipped through standard shipping once the original order is returned.
Replacements can be requested under the following conditions:
- The item received is physically damaged.
- The item received has missing parts or accessories.
- The item differs from its description in the "Offer description" tab.
- The item received is defective/does not work properly.
Report your issue within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us within 24 hours of accepting the package, attaching evidence (photographs) of the issue. Unfortunately, if an eligible order is out of stock from the partner, we won't be able to replace it, but we will issue you a refund once the original order is returned.
As soon as your return is received, the partner will initiate the replacement process and you will be notified of the new shipment details.
If you've checked the tracking info and can see that the item has been received by the partner but are still to receive the replacement, please contact us for further assistance.
Refunds
For any refund-related information, please contact us so we can offer further assistance. When and if a refund is confirmed, it will be processed in the original form of payment. Please note that we might apply a service fee at the time of refund. The remaining amount will be refunded into the card you used to make the purchase.
You will receive your refund on your payment card and/or to your loyalty program or Dezerved account within seven business days of the refund being confirmed.
This might be due to the different shipping fees related to your order. For more details, please contact us so we can offer further assistance.
Profile information
You can update your name, email address, password, or any other account information with these simple steps:
- On the top right corner of your Dezerved window, click on your "Name".
- Select ["Profile"].
- Follow the on-screen instructions and select "Save Changes".
You can request the deletion of your account by contacting us.
You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time up until 14 days from the start date of your Dezerved membership without giving a reason. If you have paid for Credits, we will refund you less the value of any Credits that you have used before you cancelled. Credits that you have not paid for are not eligible for a refund. Contact us to cancel or you can use the Model Cancellation form and send it to members@dezerved.com.
You may terminate your Dezerved membership at any time, by contacting us. If you have purchased Credits, you can continue to use and receive all the benefits of Dezerved until you have redeemed all of your Credits after which the termination will take effect and you will no longer have access to Dezerved.
We have the right to terminate the membership of a Member at any time and for any reason on one hundred and eighty (180) days' notice. Any Credits remaining in a Member's account must be redeemed prior to the effective date of termination, otherwise they will expire.
In case you have not actively used Dezerved for a continuous period of 24 months (for example, you have not purchased Credits or made any transactions in this period), we reserve the right to close your membership and/or cancel any Credits in your Dezerved account.
Loylogic also reserves the right to immediately terminate any membership for any misuse or fraudulent activity. Any Credits remaining in a Member’s account shall be cancelled. Membership will terminate automatically upon the death of a Member and any Credits in the Member's Dezerved account shall be cancelled.

Payment options
It depends. There are different payment options:
- Loyalty program points or miles.
- Dezerved credits.
- Combination of loyalty program points or miles and money.
- Combination of Dezerved credits and money.
You can purchase offers from partners by using your debit card or credit card in conjunction with a points, miles or credits payment.
Members of loyalty programs can also make purchases using a combination of points or miles and money via debit card or credit card.
Points or miles are deducted from your loyalty program account as soon as you've placed your order.
Credits are deducted from your Dezerved account as soon as you've placed your order.
For all "Points, miles or credits & money" transactions, you can pay with Visa and Mastercard. We use 3-D Secure Services (verified by Visa, Mastercard Secure Code) as our wirecard payment gateway to process all online payments. For millions of people around the world, 3-D Secure is the only way to pay - trusted and secure.

Prices
"Points, miles or credits & money" prices for offers vary according to your selected delivery destination. All offer prices are calculated daily and depend on respective currency exchange rates (provided by XE.com).
Shipping is included in the price.
